Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: August 1st, 2025

At St. Elsewhere, we value your trust and aim to provide transparent booking and cancellation terms.

  1. Booking Confirmation
    • All reservations require a deposit or full payment (depending on booking terms) to confirm your stay.
  2. Cancellations by Guest
    • Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund, minus any bank or transfer fees.
    • Cancellations made between 7–13 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations within 3 days of arrival are non-refundable.
  3. Cancellations by St. Elsewhere
    • In the rare event we must cancel your booking (e.g., due to unforeseen property issues or safety concerns), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
  4. Early Departures / No Shows
    • Early departures and no-shows are non-refundable.
  5. Special Offers & Promotions
    • Payments for promotional or discounted bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
